Race Day Nutrition - what do the Training Today Athletes actually do?
This week, Ade, Ian, Becky, Izzy, and Will talk about how race day nutrition works for them and what they do pre-race, during taper, during the race and afterwards. It turns out Ian's approach to tapering of lots of rest with lots of food may not be the best one 😂
